หนังสือรับรองการทํางาน ภาษาอังกฤษ วีซ่า

- และที่ขาดไม่ได้เลย สำหรับคนที่ทำงานประจำ จะมีหนังสือรับรองการทำงานจากทางบริษัทออกให้ชัดเจนอยู่แล้ว โดยสามารถนำมาแนบประกอบกับจดหมายแนะนำตัวได้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานว่าเราทำงานที่นี่จริงๆนะ

ส่วนเนื้อความสำคัญอย่างไรนั้น ดิฉันขอไม่อธิบายนะคะ เพราะได้เขียนเกริ่นไว้ในบล็อกบทความก่อนหน้านี้แล้ว เดี่ยวถ้าเขียนไป ก็จะเวิ้นเว้อร์ยาวเฟื่อยลงไปเรื่อยๆ เกรงคุณผู้อ่านจะเส็งเคร็งเอาค่ะ

เอาเป็นว่าเพื่อไม่ให้เสียเวลา เราไปดูตัวอย่างกันเลยดีกว่า

สำหรับตัวอย่างดังกล่าวนี้ ขอยกตัวอย่างการเขียนจดหมายเพื่อขอวีซ่าเชงเก้นไปประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์มาให้ดูกันดังนี้ค่ะ

My name is ........ชื่อ สกุล..............,I would like to submit the Request to Embassy of Switzerland for traveling.The travel will be from 15 to 25 December 2018 for 10 days period (แนะนำชื่อเบื้องต้น จะเดินทางไปเที่ยกี่วัน ตั้งวันที่เท่าไหร่ถึงวันใหน

My purpose of traveling to Switzerland for relaxing on holidays and I plan to travel many city for sightseeing such as Geneva, Bern, Interlaken, Luzern and Zurich.
(บอกจุดประสงค์การเดินทางไปเพื่อการพักผ่อนในวันหยุดยาว และไปเที่ยวที่ใหนบ้าง เอาแค่ชื่อเมืองหลักที่แวะไปพอนะ ไม่ต้องร่ายให้ยาวเว่อร์ แต่ยังไงก็ต้องต้องกับแผนตารางท่องเที่ยวที่แนบไปด้วยนะ เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่จะเปิดดูด้วยว่าตรงกับในจดหมายใหม๊)

Now I am working at..............ชื่อบริษัท........company litmited, my position is.......ชื่อตำแหน่ง.........my salary is.....ตัวเลขเงินเดือน.....Baht per month. I worked this company sine 10 June 2004 until present and I attend to travel in Switzerland for 10 days periods as my own(บอกชื่อตำแหน่งที่ทำงาน ทำอะไรอยู่ เริ่มทำตั้งแต่วันใหน ใครเป็นคนสปอนเซอร์ ถ้าเราสปอนเซอรเอง ก็บอกว่า my own expense แต่ถ้ามีผู้ปกครองสปอนเซอร์ให้ ก็ระบุไปพร้อมชื่อด้วย My parent own expenses his name is..............)

During this travel for touring in Switzerland, the minimum expense reserved by me for spending is around 80 Euro per day. I have reserved hotel room and round-trip air ticket and clearly made touring itinerary (ระหว่างที่ไปเที่ยวในประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ ระบุค่าใช้จ่ายต่อวันเท่าไหร่ พร้อมระบุเหตุผลไปด้วยว่าได้ทำการจองห้องพัก เที่ยวบินไปแล้ว ตามตารางแผนการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวที่ได้แนบไป)

I will certainly return to Thailand within 25 December 2018 under below reasons. (เหตุผลที่เดินทางกลับเพราะอะไร มีอะไรบ้าง โปรดระบุ ยกตัวอย่าง 2 ข้อดังนี้ )

1. Return to supervise my main job (กลับมาทำงานหลักที่บริษัท)

2. Return to take care of my father, mother and guardian. (กลับมาดูแลพ่อแม่)

3.Return to supervise my part time job. (กลับมาดูแลงานเสริมหลังเลิกงาน ถ้ามีนะ แต่ถ้าไม่มีไม่ต้องใส่ ก็ใส่ไปแค่ 2 หัวข้อแต่นั้นพอค่ะ หากมีต้องอธิบายว่า ทำอาชีพเสริมอะไร ขายของออนไลน์ หรือว่ารับงานอะไร ก็อธิบายไปด้วยคะ)

จะเห็นได้ว่าการเขียนจดหมายแนะนำตัวสำหรับคนที่ทำงานประจำนั้น ไม่ต้องอธิบายให้ยุ่งยากเหมือนคนทำงาน Freelance โดยส่วนใหญ่คนที่ทำงานประจำมีจะมีหลักแหล่งที่ทำงานชัดเจน มีสลิปเงินเดือน และมีหนังสือรับรองการทำงานของบริษัทแนบมาให้อยู่แล้ว ก็เลยไม่ต้องอธิบายมากนักค่ะ 

ทีนี้ถ้าเขียนภาษาอังกฤษแบบเต็มๆก็จะสั้นนิดเดียว ตามตัวอย่างนี้เลยจ้า

During this travel for touring in Switzerland, the minimum expense reserved by me for spending is around 80 Euro per day. I have reserved hotel room and round-trip air ticket and clearly made touring itinerary.I will certainly return to Thailand within 25 December 2018 under below reasons.
