Good service! Staff are so polite and kind. The 12GO Office (Bangkok) are opposite Hualamphong station which easy to reach.

Was overall comfortable for the 10hr drive, the only negative is that it would be handy if they explained in English and thai when announcements are made as we had no idea on what they were telling us

No earphones for the TV, food stop off Is at midnight and is very rushed and confusing as nothing was explained in English . Air con was very cold all night . Overall wouldn’t choose again as was impossible to actually sleep

The Bus was comfortable and the crew very nice. Only thing which could be way better is the communication. We had a free meal and nobody told us were and when we can have it. The we nearly missed our station because of course at 5:30 in the morning everybody was asleep and the crew did not say anything. In general everything only in Thai so you don’t know where the bus is, how long the break is.. Beside that it was a was a pleasant trip.

The bus departed with 30 min of delay and SEO e with a total of 1h and 20 min of delay. No one inform us about anything, neither that during the 30 min stop on the way we could have a free meal (I read after in the reviews). But at least the bus was comfortable and spacious

all good, but we arrived almost 2 hours early which is ok but not at 4 a.m. toilet was clean on the bus, stopped after 7 hours to get some food.

I had done the tour from Bangkok to Chiang mai already, which was great. The bus is really comfortable with only one huge armchair-like seat on each side of the aisle. On the way to Chiang Mai we had only one restroom/food break at around half past 11, so it was easy to sleep the rest of the time. But this time one the way to Bangkok the bus stopped every hour or so to ler passengers alight and enter. Every time the lights would go on and wake you up. The break was around 12:15 am, which is late for a toilet break after over 5 hours. Afterwards the bus still stopped every hour for new passengers but arrived half an hour early at 4:30 am in Bangkok, which normally would be great but at such an early time when nothing is open I would rather try to sleep half an hour longer. All in all, I think it is a good and cheap way to travel but the amount of sleep you get really depends. Also it is not a services aimed at foreigners, there is never an English translation for the announcements. Its not a critique because I don't expect them to go through that effort for the one or two foreigners on each tour. It's just something to be aware of, but not an issue because you will still realise what is happening.
